SPINE
SPINE is my showcase 2D character project, built entirely in Esoteric Software's Spine. It follows a single character all the way from concept art to a fully rigged, game-ready skeleton — the kind of asset you can drop straight into Unity or any engine and start animating.
Everything lives inside this one project: the character art, the skeletal rig, the VFX and a full set of animations. Each part is broken down below — and you can watch the whole thing move on Behance.
WHAT'S INSIDE
- Character — design and layered art, cut and prepped so the whole body is ready to rig.
- Skeletal Rig — bones, IK chains and weighted meshes for natural mesh deformation.
- VFX — skill, impact and accent effects that add punch and game-feel.
- Animation — idle, walk and action cycles keyed for weight, snap and personality.
